Meet "Etta" - the newest kitten to come into our home. We are thrilled beyond words for so many reasons about this girl. I had been wanting to bring silver back into the breeding program (and truth be told silver torbie & white is one of my top 3 favorite colors), but was waiting for just the right kitten. When I saw Etta for the first time, it was love at first sight!   Icing on the cake is her wonderful pedigree of outcross and healthy cats.

Etta has the ear size and placement I look for at this age. She also has the eye size and shape I prefer in my cats. She is truly the sweetest cat in the house. She is always with one of us and always, always purring.

Look for Etta to start her show career late May as she'll be old enough (she was on exhibition only when these pictures were taken at 3 months of age). We have big hopes for her!

Words can't express my gratitude to friend Teri Matzkin for Etta. She allowed me to have both Piper and Tilly eight years ago and those two cats were pivotal in my breeding program.

UPDATE: Etta is a two show Supreme Grand Champion & finished the 2021/2022 as the Best Maine Coon Kitten Internationally and as one of the top allbreed kittens internationally. She also finished as best of breed winner in the Great Lakes Region (both kitten and adult) while earning a Regional Win as an adult as well. It was such a year for our sweet Etta!
